Good hygiene practices prevent body from harm and diseases. Keeping your body
healthy is your own responsibility. Below are common proper hygiene practices:
1. Showering or bathing regularly cleans away dirt and odor. Wash the body and hair often
2. Brushing teeth after every meal prevents building of cavities and bad breath.
3. Washing hands before handling food and after going to the toilet avoids food
contamination and stomach ache.
4. Cutting finger nails regularly is advised.
5. Changing and wearing clean clothes keeps you fresh and clean.
6. Drying clothes under the sun kills bacteria, parasites and germs.
7. Social distancing protects people from catching viruses. It is necessary to cover your
