ANSWER:

The answer will be 1 plant.

The pattern is minus 4 in each term.

[tex]25 - 4 = 21[/tex]

[tex]21 - 4 = 17[/tex]

[tex]17 - 4 = 13[/tex]

So on and so forth until you reach the seventh row.
