Interview - may be structured interview with predetermined set of questions or informal interview that goes with the flow of conversation and creates impromptu questions, but the researcher must be able to direct the conversation to focus on the desired topic 2.Focus Group Discussion - is an interview of 6-10 people in a group discussion of questions and answers. 3. Observation - involves the researcher taking notes while observing the behavior and activities of individuals or groups. 4. Document Review - a collection of public document (newspapers, minutes of meetings, official reports) or private documents (journal/diary, letters, e-mails) in order to collect data. 5. Audio and Visual Materials - data collected from photographs, art, video tapes and audio recordings. 3
