Life is a series of unexpected twists and turns, why you ask? The reason why this happens is that most likely it's from our actions, good or bad doesn't matter which. It can turn into really good news or the exact opposite of it, example of this is "Mom is taking us to Disneyland.", the complete opposite of this example is "My mom got mad at me because of my grades.". Maybe you want to ask "How do you overcome the bad news?" my tip here is to stay calm and relax and think about the reasons why you got this bad news.
