Steps in Threading the Sewing Machine

_____ Bring the thread across the thread guide and down.

_____ Place the spool of thread on the spool pin.

____ Raise the thread take-up lever to its highest point.

_____ Pull the thread up over the bar and through the tension spring,

_____ Pull the thread between the two pieces of metal of the tension regulator

_____Bring the thread up and pass it through
the thread take-up lever and down to the thread guide and the eye of the needle.

_____ Pull the thread down through the thread
guide and finally through the needle.

______ Pull about 3 to 4 inches of thread.​
