Perform at least 30 minutes in morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon the different physical activities by applying the different type of street and hip- hop dances. Before, During, and After your physical activity you are task to answer the following questions:
1. Before: How do you prepare yourself in doing physical activities?
2. During: How does it feel having your physical activities?
3. After: What changes do you think will happen if you keep doing it?
