1. Exercise regularly (30mins/day for 3-4 days/week).
2. Meditate and invite positive thoughts.
3. Ask help from family and friends
4. Don't worry too much.
5. Get enough sleep (at least 8 hours).
6. Avoid smoking, alcohol and illegal drugs.
7. Do positive self-talk.
8. Have time for healthy hobbies and interests like sports.
9. Eat a balanced diet (3 times per day).
10. Solve problems without getting angry and losing temper.
