Everyone is fond of taking selfie. it becomes a wonderful escape from reality. behind every picture is someone's own story. the edited flattened bellies were shown to hide those baby fats and those filtered beautiful faces were actually bruises from domestic violence. we become untrue to ourselves trying to impress others.
It shows bias againts taking a selfie. The author thinks that everyone like selfies wich is not true because some people doesn't like selfies. Some people may have developed anxiety's due to how they look or someone's discouragement.
