1. I feel better and relieved.

2. Because there are some people who find it difficult to share their problems to others. So instead, they keep it on their own. They may look okay outside but we don't know how they're suffering inside. So as long as we have the chance, we have to consult them before its too late as this can lead to depression.

3. By asking everyone we know about how they've been doing in their lives or much better giving them a hug :)
