As I observed, message traveled fast nowadays. It may be through verbal, social media or on prints/books.
For me, the negative experience travelled faster than the positive experience. It is because, negative experience gives a sturdy impact to the receiver of the message and eventually spread it to another channels while positive experience sometimes are kept and cherished.
