The energy of the youth and their positive aura really brightens the atmosphere of the church. They have good ideas that really attracts others to serve. The church invest in the talents and dedications of the youth to serve God since they still have a longer time to stay in the service. Since the church really needs people that will serve and be part of the institution for a longer time. The church is not setting aside the adults or the senior servers but they are just giving a bigger chance for the youth.
