Sagot :
it depends on the particular group and/or individuals, but, if I had to describe it, I would say that RotC is all about having fun, meeting new people, gaining and maintaining friendships, and sharing common interests. RotC is not always about 'having fun.' Sometimes, it's about being serious, it's about learning and teaching, it's about getting down to business, it's about achieving goals, it's about working as a team, and it's about being successful.
In any setting, there are often times when it is best to be serious, and other times when it is best to be fun. For example, in a rotc, when a child brings his or her own copy of a book to read for the group, it is often appropriate to ask that they turn it in at the end of the rotc to return it to the library. Similarly, in a rotc, when a child brings his or her own notebook to take notes, it is often appropriate to ask that they put their notes back in the notebook after they have completed their notes, and return their notebook to the teacher after the rotc. In the same way, when a child brings a toy to share with the group and they would like to make sure that they keep the toy, it is appropriate to make them turn it in.
