Now all of a sudden, with no formal training, many of us are now the "experts" on how to handle a Pandemic in the workplace. We are now required to comply with best practices, social distancing, and how to keep the workplace disinfected and our employees safe. Then the regulatory issues that arise. and Are we an "essential" business? Who can work at home? What PPE do we need? Or can get? What do we do if someone is sick? Tell our customers and suppliers to stay away? How do we conduct training, and keep our distance? And how many webinars do I have to watch...….. And the stress on the safety guy
