After doing all the activities in this module, I learned that many teenagers suffer with mental health difficulties, family connections, friendships, academic performance, substance addiction, sexuality, and other high-risk behaviors.  

I realized that I need to improve my I need to work on improving my interpersonal relationships so that I can communicate effectively with others and avoid miscommunications.

The most difficult part of the lesson that I found is teenagers face a variety of issues that can have negative consequences.  

I believe I can improve my performance and understanding of the lesson though through gaining a better understanding of teenagers and becoming more empathetic to others.
