Instruction: Follow the given steps and make sure to do it along with your family members. 1. Make a meal budget for Saturday. State the budget amount. 2. Choose recipes (the meal) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 3. Go through each recipe in the plan and write it down in a table form, every ingredient and the quantity needed. 4. Take that list to your kitchen and cross check it with what's in the pantry and fridge. 5. Go through item by item and highlight (use a different color of ball pen or use a highlighter) everything you already have on hand. 6. Everything that is not highlighted on the list after cross checking the pantry is the final grocery list. 7. Make a table with grocery list, the estimated price, and the actual price. 8. Let your parents do the grocery. 9. Let your parents do the cooking but do help in preparing properly the ingredients. (Take a picture of the properly prepared ingredients, and the cooked meal) 10. Finally, enjoy the prepared meal with your family and take a selfie with them!​
