Try circuit training. Take your wellbeing fitness to the next level. Try and mix up some of the following exercises to create your own circuit training session: burpees, tuck jumps, squats, high knees, jumping jacks, planks, skipping on the spot and lunges. We like to do out circuits outdoors if the weather permits!
