MARTHA is a SEVENTEEN (17) year old student of PANGASINAN UNIVERSITY. Her parents were inflicted with COVID-19 as well as her siblings. SPINE, the Governor of Pangasinan, allowed the vaccination of 18 years old and above only. Since MARTHA was afraid to have COVID-19, she falsified her birth certificate and represented herself as EIGHTEEN (18) years old.
