Suspension - A suspension is a homogeneous mixture of particles that have a diameter greater than 1000 nm and are visible to the naked eye. All of the components are completely mixed in this type of mixture, and all of the particles can be seen under a microscope. A suspension is a heterogeneous mixture containing large enough solid particles to allow sedimentation.
