  • We must keep ourselves hydrated. Drinking enough water will help you replenish all the toxins inside your body, and by doing so, you can be the healthiest version of yourself.

S- Start a morning routine.

  • A productive morning routine is the best headstart to start your day. Don't skip your breakfast, as it helps you to keep energized and focused.

T- Take a rest.

E - Eat healthy foods.

  • They say that a healthy body comes from what you eat. Fill your body with the necessary nutrients to make your immune system healthy. Healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, etc., are enough to sustain your body with nutrients.
