I accept every part of this definition except for the term “objective fact”. I believe that the term is the equivalent to a unicorn. Neither exist. The truth is that it should say:
When the conscience is true, a person's subjective judgment corresponds to the accepted cultural norms that a particular human act is morally good or morally wrong.
This correctly assesses that true conscience is always subjective. The difference being that conscience is personal and true conscience is collective.
