for me, it's much like the American English but is spoken harder like the "F" turning into the "P" sound, and "A" often spoken as "EE". And the Filipino English accent is the most alike accent as the Americans' bec English is very spoken around the Philippines considering it as an official Second Language of our country and fun fact, it's the sexiest English accent in Asia
