Its a step-by-step process of just washing utensils (e.g.: kaldero, frying pan, plates, and cutlery) using PPE, segregating the tools (e.g.: spoons, fork, bowl. among other) and disinfecting it. Lastly keeping it in a clean cabinet.
While doing so, you need to take pictures through each step.
