Process Questions.

1.) How did you determine the quadratic equation given its roots?

2.) Which roots did you find it difficult to determine the quadratic equation? Why?

3.) Compare your answer with your classmate. Did you have the same answer? If

NOT, why? What are the differences in your solutions?

4.) Where you able to solve the problem using other methods? Explain then give

Process Questions:

1. There are certain ways in finding the Quadratic Equation. But I use the roots in the Equation and if that root satisfies the Equation that is the Answer.

2. The one with Fractions because we have to remove the Denominator.

3. No checking the answer

Answer:

1. for example in # 1. The roots are x=5&x=-14. transpose x=5 to x-5 amd x=-14 to x+14 and the result is (x-5)(x+14)=0. Then use FOIL METHOD. So the quadratic equation is x^2+9x-70=0

2.#2 because the roots are 3 and 4. if you multiply it the result is 12 which is the c value. the quadratic equation of these roots is 2x^2-14x+24=0. The c value is 24. The c values are not the same.

3. You have to see if you and your classmate have the same answer or not.

4. For me, i dont have.
