as someone na mayroong anxiety with public speaking na nadala ko ata until online class repeating my lines over and over again helps tapos isipin mo while doing it na "NO BIG DEAL, THEY DON'T CARE INAANTOK NA SILA AMBORING NG LECTURE I CAN DO THIS!" ganon kasi hindi naman talaga big deal eh, ganyan lagi ginagawa ko tuwing may report ako tas I always give it my all kasi if you give it your all you can definetly succeed yung iba nakakaya ng madalian lang pero tayong may mga public speaking anxiety we can but we need more effort, don't limit yourself. you can do it! please please do it!
