-bad community records,people in the community would be afraid of going out,

damage to property ,damage to reputation,criminal accusations or abuse of a public office.

-customers wouldn't buy in the store where the salesperson are taking the payment ,example taking a customer's payment. A later payment is then credited to the first customer's account, not the second. And on it goes. This requires some control over billing to avoid tipping off the last customer,in this case the told store goes bankrupted.

-teacher's salaries would be delayed , slow school progress.
