1. Government and Department of Education is trying to provide vulnerable and eligble children gadgets and wifi for their education. It's natural to have slow internet when a lot of people are subscribed to an internet service provider. Deleting apps, files, cache and apps running in the background can speed up your internet.
2. It's hard being away from loved ones for so long especially with the restrictions of flights. To solve this problem, we can call our loved ones through their numbers or video call them on social medias like messenger.
3. Cancelled plans or trips with friend and families is really a pain in the back. However we can still have fun with them online or just in the house by watching movies, playing multiplayer games, singing, exercising and ordering food.
4. A lot of people experienced this especially this pandemic. It is a normal part of life. Be patient with the process, ask for support, call someone you would like to talk to not feel sad, and don't forget to take care of yourself too.
5. Mental and physical health are equally important components of overall health. Ignoring behavioral health symptoms can result in worsening of a condition, or, sadly, the loss of life. Pay attention to your attitude, feelings and actions, visit or call a doctor, and please let someone you trust help you.
