Why do magnets could not attract other objects like the rubber band?
- Because some materials doesn't have magnetic force or a north pole nor south pole. Only magnets have them so they attract and get contact in eachother. So we cannot say that a rubber band has magnetism or it can contact other magnets with its magnetic force. That is why objects like rubber band and other objects cannot attract to magnets
