Well as a community organizer it's not really easy because it involves constituency, I need to learn first all the factors about the community, identifying problems and give a solutions to the problems of people, giving advices and etc..
As a community action initiator, you should maintain the balance and peace in your community, also helps the community in resiliency and support itself.
