In Maths or in Geometry, a Cube is a solid three-dimensional figure, which has 6 square faces, 8 vertices and 12 edges. It is also said to be a regular hexahedron.
A cube is a type of prism. Notice that the two bases of the cube are squares. One is on the top and the other is on the bottom. Prisms are classified and named by the number of sides and flat planes in the solid figure.
