MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte and his official delegation arrived in the Russian capital of Moscow early morning Wednesday, October 2 (Moscow time), kickstarting his second official visit to the northern country.
Duterte's plane landed at around 3 am on Wednesday at the Vnukovo Military Base Airport. He will be in Russia until Saturday, October 5. Aside from Moscow, the Philippine leader will also visit Sochi city.
