Reproductive health is the state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of diseases relating to the Reproductive system, and to its functions and processes. This implies that people are able to have responsible, safe and consensual sex life. This further implies that men and women attain equal relationships in in matters related to sexual relations and reproduction.
The Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act build its Foundation in four pillars: Informed choice, Respect for life, birth control and responsible parenthood.
