In breakfast- Classic Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats, Egg Warp, Pear and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich, Crunchy Pumpkin Spice Parfait.

In lunch- Egg-cellent Veggie, Colorful Crab Salad Sandwich, Fiesta Salad.

In dinner- Stuffed Squash with White Beads, Mushrooms & Wild Rice, Parmesan Chicken Tenders with Marinara Dipping Sauce, Pork and Pineapple Kebobs.
