✨Hope it helps ✨

Explanation:

Disadvantages:

  1. Not cost effective for smaller quantities. Not cost effective when design has many colors (i.e. 3 colours or more). Only cost effective if design graphics are identical across each piece.
  2. Large quantity runs are expensive and time consuming, prints are stiff, making the fabric firm, and etc
  3. Not optimal for large orders since the printing process can be slow and production costs stack up, inks are delicate, and etc.

Advantages:

  1. The main advantage of Screen Printing is the unique visual result it creates. The inks used are very durable, the colours are extremely vivid, particularly for outdoor uses, making this a unique reproduction technique.
  2. The advantages of commercial heat transfer over screenprinting are that it is relatively cheap and easy to create one-off, full color designs. Also, when compared with dye sublimation techniques, heat transfers can be used on 100% cotton garments, whereas dye sublimation requires at least a 50/50 poly cotton garment.
  3. DTG printers are large and capable of handling all kinds of designs in many colors. The DTG printing method is precise and produces high-quality results, but the ink is not as deeply soaked into the fabric as with other methods like screen printing.
