1. Ecocentrism places the focus primarily on the whole of the ecosystem rather than on the environment from a human interests perspective with the focus on the anthropocentric interests. In environmental ethics, two forms of value are discussed.
2.Anthropocentrism regards humans as separate from and superior to nature and holds that human life has intrinsic value while other entities (including animals, plants, mineral resources, and so on) are resources that may justifiably be exploited for the benefit of humankind.
3.Technocentrism is a value system focused on technology as well as its capacity for environmental protection and control. Technocentrics argue that technology has the capabilities to solve problems, efficiency and management to tackle ecological problems.
