One of the concrete steps I can do to develop these five healthy habits particularly in choosing nutritious and varied options is to eat five portions of fruit and or vegetables each day. In managing portions, I would choose to order a small-sized drink instead of the larger one when buying out. Rather than soft drinks, I would drink a glass of water after every meal.

Of the concrete steps I can do to develop these five healthy habits specifically in playing actively, I will dedicate at least an hour in the afternoon to play my favorite strenuous sports. To enjoy meals together, I will ask my parents and family members that we eat together on time.
