It means it's never too late to forgive ourselves,because the term 'WEIGHT' in there means the heaviness of something we can't forget. Maybe there's something we've done wrong in the past that keeps running in our minds because of regrets,and of course we feel heavy,we feel the WEIGHT of the CONSEQUENCES of what we did. So technically,the best way to get rid of that WEIGHT is to let go of ourselves from the past which means WE HAVE TO FORGIVE OURSELVES.
