Well for my opinion about legalizing use of Marijuana in the Philippines is not necessary because we couldn't make sure if people will use it for medical purposes only, As far as I know some Filipinos are kinda hard headed type of people they might use it for fun, exploration and out of curiousness without thinking thoroughly that could result as having high rates of Drug use/addicts here in the Philippines.
