Situation 3: A healthy Grade 7 student named Bon Francis, came from a far-flung hometown from barangay Alimatoc. Suddenly he moved to the city of Makati, he notices a big difference of the environment where he came from. He saw many tall buildings, cars, jeepneys. motorcycles and other vehicles. He observed that most vehicles emit black smoke from its exhaust which he learned to cause smoke-belching. The smoke usually thick enough to pollute the air and reduce the visibility of the commuters and operators. Two days later, he felt that his body weakened and he started coughing and sneezing and had a little fever.
