option A
I am of different opinions as option A because having a quote “easy to say than done” in this option is quietly related and obvious. Communicating very well is good but not executing the plan after communication isn’t.
Option B
I am of the same opinions as Option B because the communication is still there even though it’s briefly. The important is the plan being accomplished.
