  2. Health Related Fitness - Is the theoretically defined as multidimensional costruct containing the components cardiorespiratory endurance, mascular strength, flexibility and body composition.
  3. Skill Related Fitness - Refers to abilities that help people learn skills. The six part of skill related fitness are agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time, and speed
