1. Acknowledging sexism and working on ways to solving it. These ways can be simply telling others off when they talk about how men work and women cook and clean, to other much larger methods.
2. Normalizing men wearing skirts/dresses, and women wearing suits/basketball shirts etc. In other words, "clothes don't have genders."
3. Avoid using words like feminine, ladylike, masculine etc to describe certain things.
