There would be a lot of factores to consider in this fight, and it's debatable if ger could nulify love train which, rather than having a force of it's own ,it simply moves away all the opposing forces to somewhere else, but there is an argument that could Ensure ger's win. Even with Love Train, there's still a force that can affect D4C, and that is Gravity, heck, that's what keeps him attached to his univers rather than being scathered across all dimensions due to Love Train (i'm not making it up, it's an actual fact). That being said, Gold Experience Requiem turns to zero all of his opponents strengths and will, and even forces that affect his opponents, like death(if you don't believe me just ask Diavolo, he knows what i'm talking about). So, all GER needs to do is nulify the Gravity that affects Valentine and the Love Train itself will do the job for him, it won't even a one-move win because there won't even be enough time for the fight to start.
