As a student, I can keep myself healthy by eating fruits and vegetables, observing a balanced diet, sleeping on time, having a regular exercise, drink plenty of water and eating healthy foods.
Eating healthy foods is a lot helpful in keeping our health. When we say healthy foods, we should stay a way with salty foods, food with lots of preservatives and seasonings, fatty foods and etc since these kind of food can cause us risk in our health causing organ failures and trigger diseases.
Also, it is important to observe a balance diet since our body needs adequate nutrients in order to perform well. Sleeping on time or meeting the required number of sleep is also helpful since this would a lot enough time for our body to rest and recover. Having a regular exercise also helps us in making us healthy.
