Cry for it. Sometimes, you say you love someone, but you aren't ready to fight for them. You say you love him/her so much but you can't show it properly. When you cry, the emotions in your heart come out. you cry because you regret letting her/him go. You cry because you miss him/her. You cry because you're frustrated of keeping things to him/her. You cry, because you're letting your emotions out.
(But some people also cry but also not true.)
