In my opinion, the driver should not be blamed fully for the incident but them both but for all the wrong reasons.
The passenger should've rang the bell signaling they were getting off the bus and the driver should've been making sure to keep the doors closed at all times.
The situation overall is ironic as it is mainly and primarily the passengers fault for jumping out of the bus but is blaming the driver instead
