Puso, is not heart but a native Visayan delicacy. This delicacy is rice enclosed in a weave of young coconut fronds, cooked by means of boiling. Puso takes the form of a 3 dimensional diamond or, as the locals compare it to, banana-blossoms and chicken hearts.
