Scarcity can make the people think about innovations. Economics Scarcity is a critical economic situation in which demand for a product exceeds supply. Scarcity is not able to completely eliminated.
In my opinion scarcity cannot be eliminated because the human needs and wants are infinite. It means that even if the people are making a way on how to eliminate it even they will use advance technology
As long as the people live. There is no infinite supply in this world even if we know that it is plenty it will still become scarce at the end of time.
